jlmm Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the jlmm platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the jlmm website or services. Your continued use of jlmm following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jlmm reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, though we will endeavor to notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jlmm's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jlmm.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jlmm platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be accessing jlmm from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jlmm is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlmm, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlmm or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing wagers on jlmm.

jlmm reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jlmm. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jlmm account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time PINs — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jlmm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jlmm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jlmm account.

jlmm may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlmm are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. jlmm supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

jlmm does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to fund your jlmm account using prohibited payment methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the jlmm cashier section and are subject to change. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending KYC review. jlmm reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jlmm may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your jlmm account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are not redeemable for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jlmm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jlmm platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on jlmm, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jlmm uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jlmm reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jlmm will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlmm platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on jlmm.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with jlmm games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity through the jlmm platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jlmm account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jlmm's software or systems.

jlmm reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

jlmm is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlmm platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of jlmm or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlmm platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jlmm platform without the prior written consent of jlmm.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlmm and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlmm platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jlmm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlmm platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlmm account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlmm does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The jlmm platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy

jlmm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using jlmm, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jlmm implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

12. Amendments

jlmm reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the jlmm website at jlmm.club/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, jlmm will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the jlmm platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the jlmm platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jlmm operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jlmm platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
